We are the leader in the production of pasta and bakery / pastry products and the only producer of dairy products in the region. Our pasta "Paštaria" is produced exclusively from durum semolina which contains more than 50% of protein compared to common wheat and does not contain cholesterol. We have different types of pasta including egg pasta and pasta with additions like pasta with spinach, known as green pasta, as well as pasta with spinach and tomato, known as pasta "tricolore".

Dairy program "Tonka" is obtained in collaboration with about 400 small or medium farmers and local or regional milk producers (from green regions of Istria, Gorski Kotar and Lika). Some of dairy products that we produce are sterilized milk, yogurt, kefir, fresh cheese, whipped cream, cooking cream, etc.

Over the years we developed more than 300 different kinds of bakery products and the same quantity of various pastry products but we have also made a big investment in the frozen program. Bread, Balkan Flatbread, rolls and sandwiches are just some of the products we can offer.

Customer satisfaction and the delivery of quality products are of utmost importance for us, which we confirm with our certifications: ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, IFS.
